The hotel location was great, right in the middle of the city with easy access to transportation. the staff was accommodating and friendly, ready to help with anything guests needed. the breakfast served was simple but satisfying, with a variety of options available. the rooms were also spacious, providing comfortable accommodation.

The hotel lacked in certain areas such as cleanliness and amenities. the bedclothes and towels provided were worn out and old.
